Defence News India: Tata Lockheed Martin Aerostructures Limited (TLMAL), a joint venture between Indian defence manufacturer Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) and the US defence major Lockheed Martin, Thursday said it has appointed Kiran Dambala as Chief Operating Officer.
