HAL-Myanmar Military Dealings: India’s state owned aircraft manufacturer HAL has rejected the reports, which claimed that the company was a major supplier to Myanmar military, which has ousted the civilian government in early February this year and resorted to large scale crackdown on civilian protestors.

“This refers to queries we are getting regarding findings attributed to UNHRC Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on Myanmar/Stockholm International Peace and Research Institute Arms Transfers Data Base describing HAL as one of the major suppliers to Myanmar military from 2017-2019,” HAL said in a statement shared with media.
