Rheinmetall Secures Landmark Contract to Support Bundeswehr Redeployment: Düsseldorf, Germany – [19 February 2025] – Rheinmetall, the Düsseldorf-based technology group, has secured a significant contract with the German Bundeswehr to provide comprehensive logistical support for the redeployment of military forces both within Germany and abroad. The framework agreement, valued at up to €260 million gross, was awarded by the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Infrastructure, Environmental Protection and Services (BAIUDBw) and marks a major expansion of Rheinmetall’s support for the German armed forces.
The contract, initially spanning three years, includes options for two one-year extensions, potentially extending the agreement until the end of 2029.
